V4 getting something went wrong no matter what I do

I have never had any issues at all with V3 when I try to upgrade to V4 I cant even get to the install screen without getting the something went wrong message. Is there any requirements I am missing besides PHP8?

I also tried a clean install of the latest V3 had no issues at all. When I try a clean install of V4 there is something went wrong right off the bat cant even access the install screen. I fell like its probably something easy but I cant seem to figure it out.
