Users not receiving confirmation email

Hi, apparently my users aren't receiving the confirmation email. I am receiving these mail delivery system errors. I'm sure my email server is set up properly. So I don't know, any tips? See the screenshot.

Did you click the link that says "To fix this, visit...". Anyway, is not a script error. Refer to Arvixe support please.
 
I did, will wait until new users sign up to see if that sorts it out. If not I will check with Arvixe. Thanks.
