Users Logged Out

I have a user that is complaining that she seems to be logged out a lot. Interestingly, she says she was in there the other day, and able to use it all day long without issue. Seems weird to me, and almost makes me think she's clicking something she should not click, but is there some setting or tweak that can improve this? Ensure that users stay logged in until they log out or extend the time, etc.? Thanks.
 
With that kind of input, I can't answer you anything else but that it must be a local issue on her computer.
