User Hotlinking Option

Sometimes a user might only want to share/hotlink his personal images on a particular site say domainA.com only and if anyone copy the chreverto image URL and hotlink to another domainB.com site, it will not show the image.

Is it possible to have such a personlised feature? Default would be hotlink to anywhere or nowhere and the user can choose to whitelist or blacklist particular domains to hotlink.
