Uploading image as guest revert to admin username under image

🎯Description of the issue

After image upload as guest i see that my admin username appear under that image

▶🚶‍Reproduction steps
  1. Go to upload section
  2. Pickup image from computer
  3. Upload
😢Unexpected result

Under image is my admin username even i have log out ,and try to upload image as guest

📃Error log message

Nothing in error log today. Latest error was on 23 November 2018

Ah, this one I can reproduce, but I thought this was the way the system worked?

1. Log out of your website.
2. Upload pictures as a guest.
3. Log back in to the website
4. The images you uploaded from the same PC with the same Cookies will be linked to your account.
