upload shows only small yellow image???

When I upload an image, it shows this result



I tried debug mode on, shows no errors.

I tried ftp enabled mode, same problem.

I chmoded all these folders to 777:

up
images
working
temp
thumbs

Same problem.

The image is only 800kb and less than the max resolution size of 2048, it is actually 1920x1080
