Upload plugin stopped fully working in simple machine forums

Description of the issue
The Upload plugin worked fully before the update, where it showed on all replies, i.e Quick reply, post reply and replies to private messages, now only works with Quick reply.

I also made a mod with the code to install into my forum, which was working fine on 2 forums before the update.
I can give you a login to my test forum if needed.

Changed site name for privacy
 
Pup improved support for SMF after a wave of users complaining about the button styling. The button is working, is just that is here:

The cloud upload icon is the pup button.

In quick reply it will look like this:

And if you check the documentation (please do), you have to use data-fit-editor="0" if you want to use the default button.
