Upload Error with php7

I got an 500 internal Server error when uploading something with php 7 and nginx (fpm-php served by nginx).

If php 7 is served by Apache (FastCGI), no Errors occured.
 
You should check the server error log to determine what is going on. By the way, I think that PHP 7 is too green for production websites and you should expect more issues in the future (it always happens with a new major php release).
