Your server misses a library that allows PHP to read/manage the contents of ZIP file. That library is used by the Chevereto updater and web installer.

Here, your server was missing zip support:

I've changed that but the change isn't being reflected on your website. You will need to refer to your hosting company (tell them that PHP ZIP library can't be enabled) or just perform a manual update procedure (https://chevereto.com/docs/update-guide).

Your server doesn't have ZipClass enabled even after you enable it from your cPanel. I'm sorry but if your server doesn't have ZipClass or it doesn't work as expected then you will need to perform a manual update.

Hope that you can understand that the problem is your server, not Chevereto. Your server is missing the library that allows PHP to read Zip files and just like you install third-party software in your computer to manage certain files, in your server you always need a library that does the same job for certain files or containers.

Your server doesn't enable ZipClass via cPanel, you need to contact your hosting company and tell them that you need PHP ZipClass.
