Description of the issue
I'm unable to upgrade my website from a free version to a paid version.

It's stuck here:

I've checked with FileZilla and the zipped file exist...

How could i do?

I'm using Aruba (www.aruba.it)
 
Open your browser console and pay attention to the error log. You should see something like a never-ending request or maybe a connection refused error. In any case, it seems that the problem is that it takes too long to do the thing.

You can login your server and manually extract the file, is pretty much all what the installer does.
