Upgrade from 3.7.2 to v3.8.3

Hello, I'm planning on upgrading to v3.8.3 - finally. My current Chevereto script has a few modifications which are hardcoded but I'm planing on just running "stock" so I will be replacing all the files with v3.8.3.

But my biggest concern is the database. I'm sure there are a few changes since 3.7.2, so I was hoping someone could help me with this part? I would prefer just doing it manually.
 
You can always manually update the database, simply go to /install?debug once you get all new files uploaded and the system will output all the SQL statements to proceed with the update.
