Description of the issue
Hi, I tried to update from v3.10.11 to the latest version v3.10.13. But it keeps on loading forever without any update.

The host is TMDHosting.

Please note that due to high piracy index I have blocked access from China, Russia, Turkey and Singapore. It seems that you are hosting on Singapore, do please manually update: https://chevereto.com/panel/downloads

For V4 there won't be a license tied to the base system so piracy won't be an issue for this matter.
