Update from 3.20.20 to 4.3.7: database upgrade does not work

I am not able to do this upgrade successfully, while the new version basically works, I get different kinds of error messages such as 69450ed0b7bc7 or 69450f33def1c displayed on the screen if I try to update the database. There are no entries in the error log.

Could that have something to do with the encryption key?

I think I would rather buy the installation support, however, it is a managed hosting for which I can however give you the necessary information and access rights.
However, this problem is not due to the hoster since on the same hoster with the same managed hosting, the same update worked without problems and Chevereto 4 is running smoothly.
I would then reset the installation to Chevereto 3.20.20
