Update 2.6.0 to 3.7.1 chv_settings doesn't exist

Hello,
I followed the update instructions and get such error:
Can't create admin user:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'db_name.chv_settings' doesn't exist
This user got ALL PRIVILEGES for this db.
Please help me.
 
From v2.X to v3.X admin panel is /dashboard not /admin. Feel free to remove the old /admin folder.

I do delete everything except the images folder and upload new 3.7.2 files and folders. I got the same error:

Unfortunately, I can't allow to access to my FTP. 🙁
Is it a problem if I'm using mariaDB 10.1
What should I point into $settings['db_driver'] = 'mysql';
