Unable to upgrade from beta10 to v4 official version

I thought about upgrading to beta.11 first, and then upgrading to the official version. But the download center has already removed beta11. I don't know if the error is caused by the cross-level update, so I came to report the problem. There are a lot of users still stuck in beta10, because we don't like the mandatory visitor confirmation TOS. But now that the official version has been released, we have no choice

Not related, Chevereto includes migrations.

There are a lot of users still stuck in beta10, because we don't like the mandatory visitor confirmation TOS.

You should open an RFC for making that a configurable setting.

Dumped update query has been closed. I tried successfully updating the database via CLI command. But the error still exists. Accessing any page other than HOME shows an error.😭
