I new install Server.
i restor the hole we site from the server.

I try to upload a image .

Error :: Unable to create upload folder.

/ public_html/images/2013/08.

folderimages chmod 777.
folder2013 chmod 777.
folder08 chmod 775.

I try ftp upload it work.

I need to fix it.
