Comme je le fais pour mon forum, j'aimerais mettre la base d'images en local.
Je transfère tous les fichiers sauf setting.php et la base sql (données et tables). Ça ne marche pas.
Je ne vois pas ce type de problème dans les messages. Puis-je avoir une explication ou un lien de tutoriel pour cela.

As I do for my forum, I would like to put the images database locally.
I transfer all the files except setting.php and the sql base (data and tables). It does not work.

I don't understand what is the actual issue. You just mentioned "it doesn't work" but how it should work? Your message needs more context, and explain the situation with more detail.

Sous wamp j'ai fait une installation de la version free sans problème.
J'ai donc une installation en service sous https://imgs.caravaning-facile.net en version gratuite pour l'instant.
Je voudrai importer par sql la base existante en https://imgs.caravaning-facile.net sur wamp pour avoir les memes data en local.
Cela me permet de voir le comportement de mon installation avant une mise en service réelle sur site.
Version php identique wamp et site en php 7.3.23

Under wamp I installed the free version without any problem.
So I have an installation in service under https://imgs.caravaning-facile.net in free version for the moment.
I would like to import by sql the existing database in https://imgs.caravaning-facile.net on wamp to have the same data locally.
This allows me to see the behavior of my installation before an actual commissioning on site.
Identical php version wamp and site in php 7.3.23
Using mariaDB in database

Totally feasible, but I'm afraid that you are asking "how to". There's no guide for such process, you should check the documentation of your hosting provider.

You only need to backup and restore to the target server. Both database and files.
