Well, making a dropdown isnt really hard, but we need more details, like will only the email subject will change, or the destination? like sales go to sales@web.com and tech go to tech@web.com or every mails go to the same adress but we add a prefix in the mail title

Just place the new select element and call it back on PHP as the "subject".
