I have been using ncdu to try and find out where the server space is going, it's not images as I use SFTP storage and have done since 2017, if you look at the screenshot

These are some of the files I have found scattered around, these are in /var/www/imrpost/web/2019/01/27 on the main server, as I said no images have been stored on this server since 2017? I also found the odd image file as well, any ideas? is it safe to remove them?
 
These are temp files used to test if the upload/remove is working. Is safe to remove these.
