Tags don't work on MySQL

@Rodolfo I am using MariaDB. The bug is that it appears that only the uploader can add/edit tags. My report was that an Admin should be able to moderate an image with Tags that are inappropriate (Tags that bypass the Stop words filter)

I have done a workaround for now so Admins can add/remove tags.

Only users can add tags, while the owner, admin, and manager can edit tags for a file. Currently, there’s no moderation feature beyond stop words and spam filters.

Admin and manager have the ability to edit and remove any tag.

Just to clarify, a bug implies something isn’t working as designed, while your need for more tag control aligns with a feature request (RFC), rather than a system error. I agree that tag moderation could be useful, but it wasn’t prioritized in the initial implementation.
