Tag not saved.

Using the admin account and only account.

I select a picture uploaded
I click on the edit icon
I enter a tag
I click save changes

I go to explore Tags: => no tag
I go back to the picture
I click on the edit icon
the tag is missing

I select an other picture do the same..
I select the initial picture
I click on the edit icon
=> the tag is there (as if it was saved)
I go to explore Tags: => no tag
I go back to the picture
I click on the edit icon
the tag is missing
