Description of the issue
System error

The system has encountered errors that must be fixed to allow proper Chevereto functionality. Chevereto won't work until the following issues are solved:

Multibyte string (mbstring) is not loaded in this server. Mbstring is needed to handle multibyte strings.

You already reading it. It says:

Upload a PHP Information and Post it here so you can check it is activated/installed.
 
The system is telling you that your server lacks the requirements to run the software. Keep in mind that Chevereto is software, not server.
