[Suggestion] Link image on config

Hello guys, here little suggestion.

On my site, and i think also a lot of other users will do it, i modify every time the link of the images on 'template.functions.php'.

I want to tell if it's possible move the output link (after you upload the image) are put on config, so we can have our custom output there.

What do you think about it?
 
You don't need to edit every time the template.functions.php, you only need to parse the arguments to the new template tags on your theme.
