In my opinion, Ability to create sub-domain like "mygroup.example.com, village.example.com, family.example.com" for individual (users, groups, countrys etc...) of course its need to enable Wildcard DNS for domain owner, but who know about it will use it.
 
I think that this is out of scope at this time. I will review it again after v4.X.
