Hi

When I trying to upload an image, the script show this error message and uploading is failed.
But the same image can be uploaded to demo.chevereto.com smoothly.
e.g. http://cdn-demo.chevereto.com/images/2016/08/27/qpk.jpg

Even I downloaded the qpk.jpg from chevereto.com and re-upload it to my site, it's failed again.

Could you please help me solve this issue? Thanks

Changed the level to 3, and checked the error log
It only shows "[27-Aug-2016 09:35:49 America/Santiago] Can't create image from source"
No difference than debug level 1

Usually this happens when you have a faulty GD library. Try re-installing GD.

This is where Chevereto is failing for you:


That is the function that resizes images and generates thumbs and everything else. You will need to refer to your hosting company or server administrator in how to re-install GD. I actually hosted the site with Arvixe (hosting bundle) and it's newly installed yesterday.
I found this error only happened to the images that downloaded from Instagram by the software 4K Stogram.
I'll try other downloader to see how things going.
