New here, some basic questions:

1. If I buy Special offer Arvixe web hosting for $48/year, will I get to transfer chevereto code to another server and still get updates?
2. Then I buy chevereto, can I edit all php code, or there is encoded codes for license safety/other safety measures?

Second question, is for knowing about ability to custom code same new features.

Well now I'm really thinking about buying this cms for images, but I will ask last question.

I'm going to make it as photografy place, for my counties photografers, is code base is very diffrent from 2.X version, or I can rout wildcard subdomains with G/ libs route function?

Yes, it is very different. I think that you could wildcard subdomains using G\ because it allows you to control just about everything about the request. It will depend on how you handle those but the system is ready for that.

You could do something like this:

Your .htaccess

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(.*)\.domain\.com
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://domain.com/%1/$1 [L,NC,QSA]

Which would forward a request from a subdomain to http://domain.com/subdomain (and use the Chevereto route functions)
