Description of the issue
Olá equipe.

Bom, estou tentando fazer a configuração por e-mail do meu SMTP e toda vez aparece um erro "SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)". Gostaria de saber como proceder neste caso?

Actually that's the only debug that the SMTP function is throwing.

This means that Chevereto tried to connect but the network can't access to that server (SMTP). I noticed that you are using gmail there (not recommended) so I just used your webhost SMTP settings and now is working fine (sort of).

In deed email is now working after all the editing I did but the email delivery in that server is very poor:

There are two major issues here:
  1. That IP looks like a shared server IP, its reputation is bad and is listed in several blacklists.
  2. DKIM settings are not available in your current hosting configuration. I believe that GoDaddy allows that only for pro hosting.
This means that those emails will get delivered as spam. My recommendation is that you should use an email transactional service like SendGrid (it has a very nice free tier) and to configure it just follow what they told you or ask me directly since I use it all the time.

Dkim is impossible to fix it if you don't either change hosting or use an external service like sendgrid, mailgun, sparkpost, etc.

IP issues for email delivery will be always there if you don't get a dedicated IP. Your IP is being shared among other websites so is very unlikely that you can fix that without getting a dedicated IP or use an external service (like those I mentioned before).

Easiest way to get better delivery is by using an external service. Like I said, you have plenty options out there.

Please note that this isn't a Chevereto issue and that email delivery depends on stuff that Chevereto doesn't manage or control in your server.

Just one more question.

Yesterday I made the purchase of the lodging in https://www.tmdhosting.com/chevereto-hosting.html where it reported that it came with Network License. However, after a purchase, it was done in an informed way and with right of license. It does not exist at the time of purchase.

Is this question solved by satellite?

Is not about being a vps or anything else, is just that Godaddy doesn't allow you to use dkim on the current plan you have there. Every hoster has his own stuff and VPS should allow you to use dkim.
