Description of the issue
Attempting to login to the Admin or the newly created user results in the screen refreshing and not logging in. No error message is given. Per suggestion, changed settings.php to Debug 3.

After setting the Debug, I attempted to login again. Same as above occurred.

Is there anything that I can now provide to aid you?

Dang it, it was another Chrome issue! Tried it in Edge and the login worked just fine. I am so sorry for this ticket. Have a wonderful weekend!
