Should I touch any config on arvixe + chevereto?

Hi guys,

Just placed an order with arvixe + chevereto and so far the performance is horrible. The software came pre-installed and everything worked fine, that's nice, but after a day online, I'm seeing that the site goes down lots of times during the day.

I'm guessing if maybe I need to touch something or maybe add some configurations on arvixe besides the auto-install in order to enhance the current performance... as I don't see why it's failing so many times. I've got only two users and ~20 images on it... not that much bandwith yet (and if the plattform works I expect more bandwith to come...)

Should I do something on my side or should I contact arvixe guys directly?

Offline can be causes by many things so before say that is configuration you should check the log files at your own or tell @greggarvixe about it. Also feel free to contact Arvixe support at their website.
