u can make it this in java platform dedect mac adress then find this mac adress uploded images then show in gallery

Automatic slide show generator uploaded images...

-protect me..
password protection for secure images

-forget me..
remove all uploaded imges "with e-mail" ( required user registiration or remember me idea )

-customize me..
users can change background color button colors etc ( requrired write cookie or registration or remember me idea )

-counter me..
how many users see your uploaded image"s"

little info box per image ( ex: Last summer in hawaii my child my wife and me. etc.. )

I don't know how to create native desktop apps, but even so.. That needs an API.
And mostly of your suggestions needs dB... Chevereto NB = no dB... But perhaps we could use SQLite.

I will look at it...
