Share image via email not working

The share image via email button seems to be not working. Could you advise on this?

One of the user reported it. We both are using Google chrome and a blank popup appear when we click on it.

Do we have require a mail client installed on our PC?

Just tested in Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Edge and works fine.

It depends on how the computer/browser handles "mailto:".

Basically the thing triggers the mail program or wathever the computer/devices uses.

Yes, it worked for me as well. Triggered my Windows Outlook App.
