When I adds ftp external storage to my server it says nooo .. no image to show

My English is not very good so i use translator, please understand if there is any problem.

I second @madlaxcb, when you're asked about the path directory, it has to be the location of where your installation folder is at (for example: /home/sunnyblu/public_html/media) where "media" is where my images and videos are stored.
