I am interested in using Chevereto to organize and share my photos online. I was wondering if it is possible to have a fully private site where I have friends and family log into. Is it possible to approve user registration to prevent other people from registering on my site. I do not want users registered automatically.

When a user logs in, I would like to have them taken to a page that has all my albums listed by recent to older albums. I am assuming the albums will have a thumbnail with the title. Is it possible to show the upload date of the album?
 
You can enable/disable user registration and you can also set whatever the website is public or private (only registered users). You can also manually add users. You can show the album creation date by modifying the system templates and the other thing needs more workaroung but can be done (advanced coding).
