Set Image Title to Original Filename

This seems like it would normally fall under the Community Support forum, but I'm here using Chevereto v4 under the Free edition...
Back with chevereto-free (fork of v3.16), I had "File naming method: ID" set, and that gave me the behavior that I wanted: when I upload an image, the file is named [short id string].[extension], while the title of the image was set to [original filename]. Is this behavior something I can still recreate?
 
Read the docs, the functionality is still there. Keep in mind that the free edition is provided "as-is". Good luck!
