SEO issues? 302 redirects

Hello. Today I visited an SEO forums and they examined my website. The first thing they told me is that I had a lot of 302 redirects. The 2nd thing they told me was that I have tons of pages with duplicate titles. I downloaded an seo tool they recommended and it shows that the 302's were from https://www.gummyimages.com?lang=(xx)

They told me this was bad for search engines.This is the tool they told me to use - https://www.screamingfrog.co.uk/seo-spider/

Honestly I have no idea what I'm looking at. I see lots of 200's status and some 302's. My title "gummyimages" is everywhere and not even sure why this is bad or how to change this. I'm wondering if this is something I need to fix myself, or if its even something I need to fix? or if they know what they are talking about.

If its bad, perhaps this needs to be fixed on the app side?
