That's a recommendation yes, but there is nothing in TOS saying how a user should use Chevereto. Imagine Microsoft telling you not to do _THAT_ because thats not within the law. (ain't happening, they don't give a shit as long as you bought their product)

They actually sort of do. Even more so when it comes to legal requirements for them to do that. IE... "Don't buy this if you're in Syria" type TOS rules.
