Search No category and No Albums photo function

Suggest to have Search No category and No Albums photo function.

When a site owner or account member get more and more images, some image might become ghost.
Sometimes people forgot to add tag or put in album and those images became hardly to find.

Search No category and No Albums photo function, It allows users to easily organize their photo.

Could you please to add this function.
