Description of the issue
I have a site set up for private members only which means that you have to log in to view or post images. I have a Samsung Tab S tablet and for some reason I can not log in with the Samsung browser (works fine with Firefox).

The response is:
Richiesta rifiutata
Attenzione Tu non hai i permessi per accedere a questa pagina o il link oppure è scaduto.

I don't know what could be different but access is fine using the Samsung browser on a smaller Samsung A5 (2016) phone.

Yes it does have the same problem, even with account creation I got the same message and did not get a confirmation email. After trying in the Samsung browser I created the account without any problems on Firefox confirmed the account and logged in on Firefox ok. I then tried on the Samsung browser and it was still the same.

I wondered if perhaps it had something to do with reCAPTCHA so I disabled it for a moment (on my site, that is) but it has made no difference.

It seems to be something that is perculiar to my tablet as it works fine on the Samsung A5 phone.

To be honest I don't know what could it be apart from a cookie issue on that particular device. If works with other devices then you can tell that the problem is on your device not the server.

Unfortunately, I don't have that device and since I can't replicate the issue I'm unable to help you with this.
