Hi! I ask for help. I used external storage Runabove where I had approx. 40 GB of unique photos linked to my shop.
Yesterday it shut down without a warning and lately I found out it`s no longer exists. There was an offer to migrate data to OVH public cloud which I didn't know about.
Have somebody already done migration to OVH? Please tell me Is it still possible and how to make it. I can`t loose 40 GB of essential content. Please help me.

You should to contact their team.
 
That's awful but the only thing that you can do is contact OVH. Try calling them (phone).
 
Hi. Runabove support doesn't answer. Where they can write?
We don't have an ability to create ssh key, so we can't get access to storage via SSH to migrate in manual mode.
