Robots registring on my site -> host turned off function mail

Hi,

i have got this message from my host:

on your site http://www.imgup.cz/signup is unsecured form. For this reason, on fictitiously registered robots and leave the site e-mails that are identified as spam.

Ensure all forms on your site before filling robots (eg. Using captcha). In any case, it is appropriate to any database of registered users or contributions greased.

We were forced to block your Web mail () function. After resolving the problem, please contact us and inform about the way security.

Im using 3.3.2 on G\ Library 1.0.13
Will help update 3.7.0? Is there any captcha or something?

Can you help me?
