How can I enable right click on a full screen image?

So like when you go to an album, for instance this one, and you click on an image it opens that image up and shows it to you full screen.

In that you can't right-click to save the image, is there a way to do this?

I enabled right click option on the theme settings, but I believe that just for when you are viewing an image not previewing.
