Resizing an image the second time

When I upload an image, entering letters instead of digits in the "width-field", I get a chance to enter digits. When I enter digits and press "Do it again", I get following errors... why?

The folders "up", "up/working" and "up/temp" are chmodded 777...
 
What is your hosting url?
And try to use the ftp mode.
