This would be awesome if everyone complied, but I see it to a lot of lazy uploaders banging on their keyboards in the description area "lksdjf oasewjf sdkljfd sijs ijs aji" just to hurry up and get their stuff uploaded. :/

That's exactly why I don't want to force stuff. You always get bad results if you force people to do something.
