requesting reCAPTCHA buts it's disabled

i have reCAPTCHA disabled, but i get the message when i try and log in:

To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key fromhttps://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/create


updated: this message only shows when the wrong password is used.

System ask for recaptcha after several bad attempts. You should enable that, is the only way to prevent brute force attacks.

There was a bug in the system, it will be patched in 3.3.1
