I have been trying my hand at implementing support for goo.gl link shortening to no avail. I am not a developer, I am a designer.

I have read all of Google's API documentation however it is all way over my head.

I would appreciate any help that can be given to me.

Any word on when 2.0 will become available for download? From what I can tell from the demo it is much improved.
