Request denied - tried different tips, no solution yet

Hi,

I use the newest version of Chevereto Free on a Windows Server. Newest Apache, newest PHP, newest MariaDB.

If I try to login I get the message

"Request denied
You either don't have permission to access this page or the link has expired."

Also if I try to open the album view as a guest (explore/recent/?list=albums&sort=date_desc&page=1)
"Error: Anfrage verweigert " what I would translate with "Error: Request denied".

If I refresh the page, the albums are correctly shown. A refresh on the login page has no effect.



I tried

PF.obj.config.auth_token
in the browser console and got a session id. In my folder structure there are also session files stored.

All folders in the filesystems have the correct rights. I think its misconfiguration of the php.ini or the httpd.conf. I changed the database from mysql to mariadb. No effect.

Can someone send me their working config files so I can compare them.

As an example I post mine here. If you're wondering, at the moment there is no ssl configured. I do that if the general system is working properly.
