Is it possible to have an option like explorer for albums ? so instead of a lot of img all the albums would be scrollable and possible to open up ? / shareable etc....

Could be added, but you want to remove the explorer for images and replace it for an album explorer?
 
nope....explorer for images and option to have an album explorer too....explore /images /albums so both would be available depending on what viewrs are after
