Removing Unused Images?

So I had a few issues with my site where I had to roll back the site or just generally lost database entries. My images are hosted on another server, so I never lost any files. However, now I have a ton of image files that aren't in the database anymore and are basically not known or noticed by Chevereto.

In an effort to save space and be more organized, is there any way to search through the image files and remove any that are not in the database? Or maybe a way to add the files into the database now?
