Hey there,

Starting from April 1st 2022, Software Support won't be provided for free and a Pro Support subscription will be required to access to Software Support.

🐞 This change doesn't affect Bug Tracking or any other support layer.

👉 New license purchases (V4) will get 30-days of free Pro Support subscription (including Software Support). This extends to license purchases made during March 2022.
