Remove support for ModerateContent as the service is unresponsive and looks abandoned. Regarding CSAM, project Arachnid is way superior to ModerateContent and basically there's no good reason to keep being the frontline of this third-party service. They never provided extra value to our user base, they never worried about us.

As there may be users still using this I will add an ENV key so you can manually re-enable it if you really need it. The code will remain "as-is" on V4, but it will be completely removed on V5.

ModerateContent is a remote service, the error message is saying that its connection timed out after 10 seconds. It is normal that this show up on the logs and for admin request. For normal users it just show "Something went wrong" as you don't want to inform the end user what's really going on.
For the above reasons this has been labeled as not a bug.

Depending on the setting choosen the image does not get blocked nor flagged as nsfw. It basically doesn't do anything.
I've noticed somtimes I'm also getting a timeout, if anarchid and moderatecontent is enabled, while Anarchid usually works just fine standalone.
- enable the ModerateContent API
- upload an clear NSFW-Image

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I've been looking at content moderation within Chevereto and see that this is "built in" under the external services section. Been there for a good few years AFAIK.
Looking at Moderatecontent.com the site only appears to have a front page and nothing else of note. No signup, zilch. It looks dead...
Is anyone actively using this ?
If not, then it seems pointless having it within Chevereto and it might as well be removed.
